AGROCETE INNOVATION CENTER - NIA

Agrocete is moving towards innovation and continuous improvement of its processes with a new innovation committee. The initiative was carried out in partnership with Inbix Ventures, a company specialized in developing innovation ecosystems and connectivity among market players. The main objective of the Agrocete Innovation Center (NIA) is to analyze the existing structure or propose possibilities that can contribute to the implementation of improvements and innovations in the company’s processes and other business environments.

The innovation committee is further proof of Agrocete's commitment to technological investment and continuous improvement. The company is determined to face market challenges and consolidate its position as one of the leading references in its segment.

What the NIA does:
• Considers existing structures and applies improvements
• Strengthens the culture of innovation in the company
• Defines focus for corporate innovation efforts

The Agrocete Innovation Center continues with its missions!

NIA is driving and strengthening our improvement projects within the company through project management tools.

Since last year, the projects have been developed throughout the NIA season. And this year, NIA will deliver and present the progress of each project during the year. The first deliveries of the 2024 missions will take place in June! There are 4 missions, and the deliveries are quarterly.

To accelerate the deliveries, in addition to the NIA members, each project has a squad, a group that helps strengthen innovation within Agrocete.

DIA DE INOVAÇÃO DA AGROCETE - DNA

O NIA organizou um dos eventos mais inspiradores de inovação para toda a Agrocete. No dia 22 de fevereiro de 2024, aconteceu o primeiro Dia de Inovação da Agrocete (DNA).

Como o objetivo do NIA é fortalecer e disseminar a cultura de inovação com os colaboradores, selecionamos mentes brilhantes para compartilhar como suas ideias melhoraram e inovaram os processos dos seus setores. Foi um evento para mostrar o lado intraempreendedor e inovador dos colaboradores.

INBIX EXPERIENCE

Agrocete, a reference in agricultural solutions, won two important awards at the Inbix Experience, one of the largest corporate innovation events in Paraná. The company was recognized as "Leading Company in Innovation," and its project "Agrocete University" was awarded as "Innovative Corporate Case."
The event, held on September 25 and 26 in Ponta Grossa, provided an environment for exchanging experiences and learning, where Agrocete had the opportunity to present its innovative projects and share its best practices. The company competed with six other companies from the region, demonstrating its commitment to innovation and the development of sustainable solutions for the agribusiness sector.
